Order Term
ORDERS
- We have got the complete pictures with code in every picture. Customer can send us e-mail at sales@silvermoonbali.com with the code of the jewelry they want to order. And we will reply their e-mail to confirm.
- Minimum order is 10 pieces per design for earring, pendant, ring and 5 pieces for bracelet value 1000 US dollar for wholesaler, after that whenever you want to buy our product again, you will get the wholesale price. We will send the invoice to customer and if they agree with us, customer can pay 50 % from total price as down payment.
- Send us your transfer payment receipt by fax to +62 361 764609 or e-mail us at sales@silvermoonbali.com and your order will be ready in four weeks since that
- All billing are made in Rupiahs but we also can change it into US dollar or any currency you wish to do
- We will contact you when your order is finish and send you the invoice and shipment cost, then you can transfer the rest of the price plus shipment cost and fax them to +62 361 764609.
- Shipment through UPS is from 3-5 working day world wide, or any shipment you want to.
- After we send your order we will inform you about the tracking number and we also inform you the calculate of how much money you had to transfer to our bank account.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
- If the customer is not 100 % satisfied with our goods that they bought, they can send them back to us in 10 days after the day of acceptation and they will accept all of the credit for returning the goods along with the postage stamp.
- The credit can not change with money, but you can change it into our brand new jewelry in accordance with your credit value.
- Please give us a call before you send them back to Silver Moon Bali.
- If there is a returning without any information to us, and it might be caused some troubles in Indonesian custom house, so it is customer that should be able to responsible.
